★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre utilizo os serviços deles para transportar encomendas de Araguaína para Palmas, e nunca tive problemas. Quanto ao transporte pessoal nunca utilizei. Só acho que podem melhorar um pouco no atendimento, são bem secos com os clientes como se estivessem te fazendo um favor.
I always use their services to transport orders from Araguaína to Palmas, and I never had any problems. As for personal transport I never used it. I just think they can improve their service a little, they are very dry with customers as if they were doing you a favor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo. Nao recomendo! Tirando o atendimento por telefone, tive uma pessima experiencia! Uma viagem que deveria durar 2:30h no maximo de carolina para araguaina levou 3h30min, alem de nao deixarem no local combinado! Falei 10 vezes a rua que eu deveria descer por que tambem me perguntaram 10 vezes onde eu iria descer, e no final rodaram a cidade inteira e me deixaram na sede da van alegando que entenderam que eu ia descer la!! Absurdo!! Pra buscar a mesma historia, foi combinado pra sair as 21h do local e quando chego la 15min antes, disseram que a van ja tinha saido! Ligaram e fizeram ela voltar pra me buscar! E no outro dia falaram que as 6h da manha a van estaria me buscando e nao chegou ate as 7:20!!!! Acordei cedo e me preparei e deixaram esperando por mais de 1h dizendo que a van estava a caminho! No final quem foi buscar foi um taxi pra levar ate a van! Juro que nao entendo a pessoa que controla as viagens!
Terrible. I do not recommend! Apart from the phone service, I had a bad experience! A trip that should last 2:30h maximum from carolina to araguaina took 3h30min, in addition to not leaving it at the agreed place! I told 10 times which street I should go down because they also asked me 10 times where I would go down, and in the end they drove around the city and left me at the van headquarters claiming that they understood I was going down there!! Absurd!! To get the same story, it was arranged to leave the site at 9 pm and when I arrive there 15 minutes before, they said the van had already left! They called and made her come back for me! And the other day they said that at 6:00 in the morning the van would be picking me up and it didn't arrive until 7:20!!!! I woke up early and got ready and left waiting for over 1h saying the van was on its way! In the end who went to get a taxi to take them to the van! I swear I don't understand the person who controls the trips!

A primeira foi de Araguaína para Carolina liguei agendado um horário quando vieram me ligar avisando que não dava pra ir me buscar foi em cima da hora , foi um transtorno .. tinha compromisso foi um caos ?,na segunda vez foi de Carolina para Araguaína liguei pra empresa , falaram para eu estar do outro lado do rio 8:00 cheguei faltava dez minutos pra 8:00. A Vam já havia saído .... Bom espero que leiam pelo menos ... E façam alguma coisa para melhorar o trabalho de vocês
The worst transportation company I ever used ..., in this case I didn't even use it, both times left me in the dark.
The first was from Araguaína to Carolina I called, scheduled a time when they came to call me saying that it was not possible to pick me up it was in the nick of time, it was a inconvenience .. I had an appointment it was chaos ?, the second time it was from Carolina to Araguaína I called to the company, they told me to be on the other side of the river 8:00 am I arrived ten minutes to 8:00. Vam had already left .... Well I hope you read at least ... And do something to improve your work
