Desconheço loja mais linda e aconchegante que a minha, eles tiveram soluções criativas e muito funcionais para um ambiente de apenas 20 metros quadrados. I had the best experience possible in hiring Cabralves. At the first meeting, they understood what I wanted for my store. They are super punctual and attentive. I don't know a store more beautiful and cozy than mine, they had creative and very functional solutions for an environment of only 20 square meters. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo. Fizeram um projeto, muito bom por sinal, mas que era incompatível com o orçamento. Gastei quase 3x o valor inicial e recebi 60% da obra. Além de terem um grande problema de comunicação. Esse papo de administrarem a obra e que o cliente não terá nenhuma dor de cabeça é balela. A solução que me deram era estender o contrato, mas que eu pagaria pela conclusão, ou seja, eu pagaria pelo erro deles.
Foram contratados em mai/20 e "entregaram" em ago/20, ou seja, não tem 2 anos. Além disto, o projeto foi aprovado porque a CABRALVES disse ser possível fazê-lo com o orçamento PREVIAMENTE apresentado (e que consta no contrato), sendo seus proprietários os "ESPECIALISTAS" na área. E quanto à tabela de valores que foi enviada era com os targets que não foram respeitados na realização, e a divulgação dos valores não me foram enviadas, tenho todos os prints do site sendo um na data de 21ago20 que mostra a última atualização dos custos em 15jun20.
Terrible. They made a project, very good by the way, but it was incompatible with the budget. I spent almost 3x the initial amount and received 60% of the work. In addition, the project was approved because CABRALVES said that it is possible to do so with the budget PREVIOUSLY presented (and that appears in the contract), with its owners being the "SPECIALISTS" in the area. And as for the table of values that was sent, it was with the targets that were not respected in the performance, and the disclosure of values was not sent to me, I have all the screenshots of the website, one on the date of 21Aug20 that shows the last update of the costs in 15jun20.
