Isso me causou grandes transtornos e prejuízo, perdi muitas etiquetas, encaminhamos a impressora a assistência técnica e nada foi diagnosticado, o problema não era na impressora. Em contato com a Cabtec, foi identificado o erro deles pela vendedora e até o momento não obtive nenhum retorno. Tive que realizar nova compra com outro fornecedor, nem se quer se disponibilizaram a me enviar alguns rolos para ir trabalhando até a resolução do problema.
I purchased from the Cabtec mixed ribbon company and was given 1 box of wax ribbon. This caused me great inconvenience and loss, I lost many labels, we sent the printer to technical assistance and nothing was diagnosed, the problem was not with the printer. In contact with Cabtec, their error was identified by the seller and so far I have not received any feedback. I had to make a new purchase with another supplier, not even if they offered to send me some rolls to go to work until the problem was solved.
