On the 27th I was attended to by a rude and arrogant boy. He didn't even see the documentation and answered it standing up ... a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendido no horário marcado. Mas os funcionários, desde o segurança até a pessoa responsável pelo atendimento, não saem do celular. A atendente estava jogando um joguinho quando eu cheguei na mesa e voltou a jogar quando eu saí da mesa. Como demora pra marcar o atendimento (já que só atendem através de senha), poderiam marcar mais pessoas por dias ou diminuir o quadro de funcionários.
I was attended at the appointed time. But employees, from security to the person responsible for the service, do not leave their cell phones. The server was playing a little game when I got to the table and went back to playing when I left the table. As it takes time to schedule the service (since they only serve with a password), they could schedule more people for days or reduce the number of employees.
