Solicitaram que eu enviasse a arte por e-mail, fiz conforme solicitado e me pediram um prazo de 3 dias para que o mesmo ficasse pronto.
Retornei após os 3 dias na loja e não havia ficado pronto, na semana seguinte retornei na loja e nada de ficar pronto, no décimo dia eu liguei e ainda não estava pronto.
Após minha ligação recebi uma msg via WhatsApp onde me informaram que não havia sido feito, pois eu não havia deixado um sinal de Pgto.
Que falta de respeito com o cliente isso, absurdo as duas vezes que fui até a loja ninguém comentou nada que teria que ter deixado um sinal de Pgto.
Ou seja o erro é da loja e quem paga é o cliente.
My experience was terrible, I went to this store to order a banner.
They asked me to email the artwork, I did as requested, and I was asked to have a period of 3 days to get it ready.
I returned after the 3 days at the store and it was not ready, the next week I returned to the store and nothing ready, on the tenth day I called and was not ready yet.
After my call I received a msg via WhatsApp where they informed me that it had not been done because I had not left a Pgto signal.
What a lack of respect for the customer, absurd the two times I went to the store nobody commented anything that would have left a sign of Pgto.
In other words, the mistake is from the store and the customer pays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, pedi que me fizessem um serviço me entregaram um papel com com a descrição do serviço quando cheguei em casa , vi que estava faltando uma coisa que eu tinha solicitado na ordem de serviço, retornei a loja para acrescentar o serviço que eu já tinha solicitado na ordem de serviço, pois o próprio dono me respondeu com rispidez "NÃO TEM NADA SEU PRONTO AINDA" quando na verdade só tinha ido pedir para acrescentar na O.S oque já tinha pedido e não acrescentaram, mas até ai tudo bem na segunda vez que fui solicitar um serviço simples me disseram na segunda que na sexta estaria pronto sendo que era um serviço simples mais tudo bem , pediram um sinal eu dei , quando foi na sexta fui lá não estava pronto o dono me disse que de tarde estaria pronto, assim que estivesse ele me ligaria avisando, quando foi chegando perto do horário da gráfica fechar mandei uma mensagem perguntando se já podia pedir para o menino ir buscar para mim, ele me disse que já estava finalizando.eu fiquei aguardando e nada, quando mandei mensagem novamente já não estava mais disponível, fui na segunda-feira e quando cheguei lá, adivinhe? Não tinha nem começado o serviço. Pedi o meu dinheiro de volta! Gente não passem pela mesma raiva que eu.

I was waiting and nothing, when I sent a message again it was no longer available, I went on Monday and when I got there, guess what? The service hadn't even started. I asked for my money back! People don't go through the same anger as me.
