★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contratamos o serviço através de uma indicação, porém ao aciona-lo para refazer um serviço de impermeabilização mal solucionado, o Marcio informou que estava hospitalizado e que me daria um retorno até o momento se passou 1 semana e não nos atende , não responde aos emails nem Whats App só gostaríamos do retorno de vossa empresa para nos ajudar com a solução do serviço recentemente feito e que não deu certo .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, marquei uma visita com eles fiz todo planejamento para o atendimento e não compareceram, entrei em contato com eles e relataram que estavam sem aparelho, sendo que marquei a visita um dia antes do agendado e não relataram isso, foi necessário eu entrar em contato com eles porque eles não avisaram nada. Relatei o transtorno do ocorrido pela não realização do serviço ao atendente o mesmo me disse que não eram obrigados a me atender, achei isso surreal para quem presta serviços, não recomendo a ninguém essa empresa.

Agora depois que você pagou eles somem e não te atendem, prometem que vão mandar o laudo e não mandam, quem dirá o orçamento para conserto. Só querem ganhar na visita que é cara para só ficar olhando tudo com aparelho que mede umidade. Não os chamem!

Não conseguiu detectar que o vazamento se tratava de um buraco no cano da prumada, informou que se tratava de vazamento proveniente da água pluvial que entrava no ralo e voltava em forma de vazamento, totalmente incoerente, e ao finalizar o serviço queria fechar a alvenaria com espuma e dry wal, mandei parar o serviço e contratrei outro profissional ao qual encontrou o furo no cano por onde jorrava muita água em dias de chuva. Paguei por um laudo errado e por um serviço ao qual não iria solucionar o verdadeiro problema.l

Liguei para a empresa e em dois o responsável Márcio veio até minha casa realizar a análise da rede hidráulica. Localizou dois pontos de vazamentos na minha garagem e quebrou o local e consertou o cano nos dois locais que estavam com problema. Abri o registro da rua, porém o relógio não parava, ele disse que era normal, pois estava enchendo a caixa e logo pararia. O relógio nunca parou de girar, tinha que fechar o registro todo dia para as contas não virem muito altas. Em contato com a empresa por diversas vezes, o dono Márcio sempre agendava uma data e não comparecia. um dia ele veio até minha casa e identificou outro ponto de vazamento, porém falou q o problema apareceu depois que ele veio fazer o conserto e não iria arrumar e não iria devolver meu dinheiro. Sem contar que ele ficou de me enviar relatório de vazamento para poder apresentar a Sabesp e nunca me enviou. Não contratem este "profissional", serão enganados.
