Eu e meu marido adoramos fazer compras lá, via delivery, pois ela nos proporcionou um ótimo atendimento e nos indicou muitos chocolates delicioso, além do que já conhecíamos. I want to thank the attendant Kelly at Cacau Show at the Polo Shopping store here in Curitiba-PR. She is a very helpful, attentive and extremely patient person. My husband and I love to shop there, via delivery, as she provided us with great service and showed us many delicious chocolates, in addition to what we already knew. I indicate a lot the place for your purchase, also, by delivery. She takes your order to your home with great affection. Thank you so much, Kelly! You're great. I always hope to buy the delicious chocolates from Cacau Show there at the Polo Shopping franchise.

Terrible service (today 11/23/2021 at lunchtime, 1pm). I love the cocoa show but this one cannot go back. Sad.

O som ambiente é meio fora do contexto (sem requinte), som alto e tocando músicas de boteco.
Standard Cacau Show store. Products ok. Service lacks a bit in terms of proactivity and welcoming the customer well.
The ambient sound is kind of out of context (without refinement), loud and playing bar music.
