★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, a vendedora que me atendeu super simpática, mas a proprietária da loja que fica no caixa é sempre grossa e arrogante não sabe proporcionar um bom atendimento, por isso prefiro as lojas de Cachoeiro, lá as meninas te proporcionam uma ótima experiência que é o proposto pela marca, só comprava aqui em último caso, agora nem isso mais, falta muita empatia com os clientes.
Poor customer service, the saleswoman who served me was very friendly, but the owner of the store that is at the cashier is always thick and arrogant, she doesn't know how to provide good service, so I prefer the Cachoeiro stores, there the girls provide you with a great experience that is what was proposed by the brand, I only bought here as a last resort, now even that, there is a lot of empathy with customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Produto bom,porém atendente do caixa é péssima,enquanto eu estava lá 2 pessoas deixaram de comprar pelo mal atendimento,principalmente da forma como tratou as pessoas,que horror uma loja tão famosa e deixar de vender por causa disso.
Good product, but the cashier is terrible, while I was there, 2 people stopped buying because of poor service, especially the way they treated people, what a horror such a famous store and stop selling because of that.
