Sou cliente assíduo das lojas Cacau Show, mas essa decepcionou.
Atendente mal educada e desinformada. Pricurei por sorvete intense não tinha. Pedí café e ela exigiu o pagto antecipado, uma vez que eu ainda ia escolher os chocolates que eu iria levar.
Desisti de tudo e fui embora.

 Worst cocoa show store I have ever entered.
I am a frequent customer of Cacau Show stores, but this one disappointed.
Rude and uninformed attendant. I had an intense ice cream. I ordered coffee and she demanded early payment since I was still going to choose the chocolates I would bring.
I gave up everything and left.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu sou fã da Cacau Show, e como consumidora (pós graduada em Gestão de Pessoas) sei que um funcionário bem treinado é a chave do sucesso das vendas.
Talvez a Cacau Show não precise se preocupar - pois a marca vende por si só - porém ser atendido de forma eficiente, atenciosa e pró-ativa é importante para o retorno do cliente e o sucesso contínuo da marca.
I am a fan of Cacau Show, and as a consumer (post graduated in People Management) I know that a well trained employee is the key to sales success.
Perhaps Cacau Show need not worry - as the brand sells itself - but being served efficiently, attentively and proactively is important for the return of the customer and the continued success of the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja dentro do extra abolição: dia 6/5 , 16h tarde. Duas funcionárias muito sem tato com cliente, para não dizer sem educação ao extremo. Como não pode entrar duas pessoas de cada vez me trataram muito mal por eu achar que podia entrar como acompanhante da minha mãe de 80 anos que não consegue escolher sozinha os presentes que ela queria comprar. Falaram com muita agressividade que só podia uma pessoa, mesmo minha mae insisitndo por ajuda, elas nem se para dar atenção e atender ela. Não me deixaram entrar e ajudar e não ajudaram Não facilitaram, não ajudaram, só maltrataram. Estou abismada como a qualidade dessa loja caiu no quesito atendimento. Saimos sem comprar nada e ainda minha mmãe que não precisava passar por uma situação dessa bem proximo ao dia das mães, saiu muito triste.
Store inside the extra abolition: day 6/5, 16h afternoon. Two very tactless employees with clients, not to mention uneducated to the extreme. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem dia 21/11 fui no hipermercado extra abolição em Campinas -sp, fiz umas compras e fui na praça de alimentação comer algo.
Após se alimentar, eu e minha esposa fomos na cacau show, era 16:52 e a porta estava trancada e com uma cliente dentro da loja.
A Vendedora abriu e a porta e disse que estava fechada loja, procurei no google e encontrei que a loja fecharia as 17:00, bati na porta novamente e perguntei a "simpaticíssima" moça qual horário de encerramento e ela disse que se encerrava as 16:50, disse que no site do google mostrava 17:00 e ela nem ai..,eu disse que abriria uma reclamação e ela ok.
Perguntei o nome da vendedora e ela disse que se chama Nilza, não se é o verdadeiro nome, fecho a porta e deixo nós falando sozinho.
Quero muito saber da Cacau show se esse é o treinamento oferecido nas lojas ? Se essa loja é uma franquia, quero saber quais outras lojas dessa franquia, pra nunca mais pisar o pé nesta franquia.
Sei que uma franquia não tem culpa pelas outras, mas que no mínimo respeite o horário. Se fecha as 16:50, atualize no google e faça na maneira correta.
Sai de lá com uma raiva..além de não atender no horário o pior foi a falta de educação, simplesmente virar a cara e sair andando..eu nunca mais piso nessa loja.. A vontade é nunca mais ir na cacau Brasil e partir pro concorrente "Brasil cac.."
Yesterday 11/21 I went to the Extra Abolição hypermarket in Campinas -sp, did some shopping and went to the food court to eat something.
After eating, my wife and I went to the cocoa show, it was 4:52 pm and the door was locked and a customer was inside the store.
The Seller opened the door and said that the store was closed, I searched on google and found that the store would close at 5:00 pm, I knocked on the door again and asked the "very nice" girl what closing time and she said it would close at 4 pm :50, I said that on the google site it showed 5:00 pm and she didn't care..., I said I would file a complaint and she was ok.
I asked the salesperson's name and she said her name is Nilza, not her real name, I close the door and leave us talking to ourselves.
I really want to know about the Cocoa show if this is the training offered in stores? If this store is a franchise, I want to know which other stores in that franchise, so that I'll never set foot in this franchise again.
I know that one franchise is not to blame for the others, but at least respect the schedule. If it closes at 16:50, update on google and do it in the correct way.
I left there with a rage...in addition to not attending on time, the worst was the lack of politeness, simply turning my face and walking away...I will never again step in that store... The desire is never to go to Cocoa Brasil and leave pro competitor "Brasil cac.."

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aqui não estou avaliando os produtos, posso fazer isso na página da Marca Cacau Show. Deixo aqui minha avaliação desta loja. Achei o atendimento péssimo! Vendedoras apressando os clientes, nós no caso, sendo que não havia mais ninguém na loja e não era hora de fechar. Não ajudam em absolutamente nada! Uma das vendedoras foi tão mal educada e invasiva que quase pegou meu celular da minha mão enquanto eu fazia um cadastro. Eu não deixei e disse que estava concluindo. Mesmo que eu tivesse alguma dificuldade, o que não era o caso, ela deveria ter o mínimo de noção e educação. Como estávamos com pouco tempo para comprar alguns presentes naqueles dias, acabamos efetuando a compra mesmo assim, num valor alto inclusive. Mas mesmo que fosse uma trufa apenas, bom atendimento e educação é tudo! Não volto mais e não indico essa unidade!
Here I'm not evaluating the products, I can do it on the Cocoa Show brand page. Here I leave my review of this store. I thought the service was terrible! Salespeople rushing customers, us in the case, since there was no one else in the store and it wasn't time to close. They don't help at all! One of the salespeople was so rude and invasive that she almost took my cell phone out of my hand while I was registering. I didn't leave and said I was finishing. Even if I had some difficulty, which was not the case, she should have had a minimum of knowledge and education. As we had little time to buy some gifts in those days, we ended up making the purchase anyway, with a high value even. But even if it was just a truffle, good service and education is everything! I'm not coming back and I don't recommend this unit!
