★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo (como sempre), grossas e mal educadas, não é a primeira vez mas com certeza é a última que piso nesta loja. Ainda bem que temos outras opções. Quanto aos produtos, excelentes como sempre e sorte do dono desta loja que não precisam de vendedores para serem vendidos senão já teria fechado a porta faz tempo. Tanta gente desempregada por aí e quem tem um faz pouco caso, não tá feliz procura outra coisa pra fazer da vida.
 Lousy service (as usual), thick and uneducated, not the first time but it sure is the last floor in this store. Good thing we have other options. As for the products, excellent as always and luck of the owner of this store that do not need sellers to be sold otherwise would have closed the door for some time. So many unemployed people out there and anyone who has one makes little case, is not happy looking for something else to do with life.

Por favor , se. Sérgio, deveria dar mais atenção aos problemas causados pela sua franquia. Na hora de vender, tudo uma maravilha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei trufas com mofo na Cacau Show São Roque na rua 7 de setembro, minha avó de 80 anos comeu, não recebemos suporte adequado, a gerente não estava em nenhuma loja e não estava recebendo mensagem nem ligação que gerente é essa que desaparece sem dar notícias. Eles me decepcionaram, além de ser um preço alto vem com mofo, nunca mais irei comprar realmente me decepcionaram, estou muito triste com isso!!!
I bought moldy truffles at the Cacau Show São Roque on 7 de Setembro street, my 80-year-old grandmother ate it, we didn't receive adequate support, the manager wasn't in any store and she wasn't getting a message or call. . They let me down, in addition to being a high price, it comes with mildew, I will never buy again, they really let me down, I'm very sad about it!!!
