Agradeço muito , por ter feito o dia dela mais especial. Gratidão eterna.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje aconteceu uma situação bastante desagradável em se tratando de atendimento. Minha esposa entrou em contato com a Loja, pois gostaria de comprar um ovo de pascoa para o irmão. Nós moramos em Recife e o irmão dela no condomínio que fica praticamente ao lado da loja. Minha esposa perguntou se não tinha como ela realizar uma transferência para a conta da loja e um dos funcionários apenas atravessar a rua e deixar o ovo de pascoa na portaria do prédio. A funcionária nem deixou minha esposa terminar de falar e já foi logo dizendo que minha esposa teria que comprar via aplicativo do IFOOD. Achamos um absurdo o aplicativo cobrar R$ 10,00 de taxa de entrega sendo que a entrega não demoraria nem 5 minutos. Liguei novamente e falei com a atendente Isabela que foi irredutível em se prestar a deixar o ovo de pascoa na portaria do prédio. Tenho certeza que o proprietário agiria diferente para satisfazer o cliente, já que não era uma solicitação de outro mundo. Ficamos extremamente desapontado com o atendimento recebido.
Today there was a very unpleasant situation when it comes to customer service. My wife got in touch with the Store, as she would like to buy a Easter egg for her brother. We live in Recife and her brother in the condominium that is practically next to the store. My wife asked if there was no way for her to make a transfer to the store account and one of the employees just crossed the street and left the Easter egg at the building's entrance. The employee did not even let my wife finish speaking and was soon saying that my wife would have to buy via the IFOOD application. We think it is absurd for the application to charge R $ 10,00 in delivery fees, and delivery would not take even 5 minutes. I called again and spoke with the attendant Isabela who was adamant about lending herself to leave the Easter egg at the building's entrance. I'm sure the owner would act differently to satisfy the customer, since it was not an out-of-this-world request. We were extremely disappointed with the service received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente nitidamente não gosta do que faz. Entrei na loja, fiquei esperando ela acabar de dobrar as embalagens para que pudesse me atender (após minha solicitação de atendimento) sem nem se quer olhar na minha cara.
Clerk clearly doesn't like what he does. I went into the store, I waited for her to finish folding the packages so she could serve me (after my service request) without even looking me in the face.
