★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima , atendimento ruim , sorvete provavelmente derreteu e foi colocado de novo no congelador, sistema do caixa caiu e um parto pra conseguir pagar a conta.
 Terrible, poor service, ice cream probably melted and was put back in the freezer, cash system crashed and a delivery to pay the bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje dia 15/10 fui na loja da Cacau Show por volta de 17hs, escolhi o q queria e a moça do caixa vi q pra uma outra cliente q estava lá ela embrulho bonitinho pra ela, qd foi minha vez de passa no caixa pedi veio uma tal de GISLAINE, de dentro ela foi pegando minha compra td de qq jeito, pedi pra ela embrulha aquela caixa q era presente igual a outra moça do caixa embrulho, meu Deus parecia o fim pra, ela olho com uma cara feia reclamo pra moça do caixa as duas riram na minha cara, ela falo q estava com mta dor de cabeça, fez de qq jeito e saiu deixou só a mocado caixa, quando perguntei o nome, ela não queria fala perguntei umas 3 vezes, qd sai da loja vi ela voltando pra loja. Me senti mto mal nessa loja ?
Today, 10/15 I went to the Cacau Show store around 5 pm, I chose what I wanted and the cashier saw that for another client who was there she wrapped it pretty for her, when it was my turn to pass the cashier I asked for one this one from GISLAINE, from the inside she was taking my purchase anyhow, I asked her to wrap that box that was just like the other girl at the wrapping box, my God it seemed like the end for, she look at the girl from the cashier the two of them laughed in my face, she said she had a bad headache, she did it any way and left she just left the mocado cashier, when I asked her name, she didn't want to speak I asked about 3 times, when I left the store I saw her going back to the store. I felt really bad in this store ?
