â â â â â Fui muito mal atendido hoje, dia 09:02/2020, domingo. Estava com minha esposa e um bebĂȘ no carrinho. O carrinho nĂŁo passou porque sĂł um lado da porta abriu e a vendedora nĂŁo conseguiu abrir o outro lado. AtĂ© aĂ tudo bem. Entrei e escolhi um picolĂ© para mim e pra minha esposa. Falei pra vendedora que iria mostrar pra minha esposa o picolĂ© pra tirar uma dĂșvida Ă© ela disse que eu nĂŁo poderia sair da loja. Fiquei p. NĂŁo devia nem ter comprado, mas mesmo assim quando fui pagar eu disse que era o terceiro dia seguido que tinha comprado lĂĄ e que nĂŁo ia sair correndo com o picolĂ© nĂŁo.
Ela ficou sem graça e disse que é pq não poderia sair da loja com o produto. Pq então não abriu a porta direito. Ficarei mais uma semana em arraial e não pisarei mais nenhum dia nessa loja.
I was very poorly attended today, 09: 02/2020, Sunday. I was with my wife and a baby in the stroller. The cart did not pass because only one side of the door opened and the saleswoman was unable to open the other side. So far so good. I went in and chose a popsicle for me and my wife. I told the saleswoman that I would show my wife the popsicle to clear up a doubt and she said I couldn't leave the store. I was p. I shouldn't have even bought it, but even so when I went to pay I said it was the third day in a row that I had bought it there and that I wasn't going to run out with the popsicle.
She was embarrassed and said it is because she couldn't leave the store with the product. Then he didn't open the right door. I will stay another week in camp and I will not set foot in that store again.

A atendente Ă© muito mal educada, grosseira e extremamente rĂspida. Nos tratou de uma forma como nunca fui tratada na Cacau show. Estou chateada e preciso deixar minha indignação pĂșblica.
I would like to register the LAST SERVICE at the Cacau show store in Arraial, today, December 23, around 8 pm 2020. The attendant is very rude, rude and extremely harsh. He treated us in a way I was never treated at the Cacau show. I'm upset and I need to leave my public outrage.

Estou numa condição de cadeirante, minha irmĂŁ foi querer abrir a porta pois sĂł um lado estava aberta, a atendente disse grossamente que estava quebrada e lĂĄ ficou sentada olhando o celular. Depois minha irmĂŁ perguntou sobre chocolate 70%, ela permaneceu onde estava e sem nem olhar pra minha irmĂŁ disse que sĂł tinha o que estava ali numa prateleira. Minha irmĂŁ falou pra ela que ela deveria pedir desculpas pq acessibilidade deve ser uma obrigação e respondeu uma pesquisa de satisfação, onde vimos a atendente se levantar para mexer no tablet assim que minha irmĂŁ saiu da loja. Eu percebi que o mau atendimento nessa Cacau Show jĂĄ Ă© antigo e eu sĂł comprei lĂĄ pq nĂŁo conheci antes uma loja que vende chocolate 70%.
I was extremely poorly attended today, 11/18/2020 around 10 pm. â â â â â Nunca vi uma vendedora tĂŁo antipĂĄtica ! ,sĂł da boa noite porque Ă© obrigada, nenhum pouco de atenção, como alguĂ©m assim quer trabalhar com publico ?? grave erro de nĂŁo ter ninguĂ©m para ver isso... faltando 20 minutos para o fechamento da loja , a prĂłpria falou que jĂĄ tinha fechado o caixa... e como vamos saber ?sem falar que compro lĂĄ todo dia. Espero que vĂĄ embora logo.
