Porque fazem propaganda de uma determinada promoção, que só vale pra quem tem cadastro. Mas só te avisam após o pagamento e ainda afirmam que está escrito. Está, mas em letras miúdas que não consigo ler. Não volto mais.

Total descaso.
Nestes tempos difíceis, os proprietários deveriam repensar.
Uma data especial, tentar agradar seus clientes.
É pena..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu trabalhei com atendimento muitos anos, “ Atendimento Péssimo” fui 2 vezes esse ano de 2021 e as 2 fui muito mal atendido!! Gestores analisem seus funcionários!! No mesmo dia fui em outras lojas no shopping e fui muito bem atendido!! Eu não volto mais na cacau show do shopping Jaraguá!
I worked with service for many years, "Terrible Service" I went 2 times this year 2021 and the 2 I was very poorly attended!! Managers analyze their employees!! On the same day I went to other stores in the mall and I was very well attended!! I won't be going back to the cocoa show at the Jaraguá mall!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adoro o café expresso! Mas somente quando eles querem atender! Por varias vezes não tem aviso nem nada na entrada/fachada e vc tem aguardar sua vez pra daí dizerem que não estão com vontade de vender expresso!
I love espresso coffee! But only when they want to meet! Sometimes there's no warning or anything at the entrance/facade and you have to wait your turn for them to say they don't feel like selling espresso!
