★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra quem procura a Cacau Show pra fazer recarga do Bilhete Único peço que procurem outros lugares. A Transurc informa que como eles são parceiros eles decidem quando ou quem carrega. Fui esses dias carregar eles não quiseram pois estavam na pandemia, mas estavam vendendo chocolates pra clientes.
Outra coisa eles informam que depois das 17:00 a Transurc sai do ar e não conseguem carregar. Porém a Transurc informa que este fato não está registrado no sistema deles. Ou seja. Acho que como parceiros da Transurc deveriam respeitar mais as pessoas. Se quiseram ser parceiros pra ter mais fluxo de pessoas e consequentemente conseguir vender produtos, este não deveria ser o propósito.
For those looking for the Cacau Show to recharge the Single Ticket, I ask you to look elsewhere. Transurc informs that as they are partners they decide when or who carries it. I went to carry these days they didn't want to because they were in the pandemic, but they were selling chocolates to customers.
Another thing they report is that after 5 pm Transurc goes off the air and is unable to load. However, Transurc informs that this fact is not registered in their system. I.e. I think that as Transurc partners you should respect people more. If they wanted to be partners to have more people flow and consequently be able to sell products, this should not be the purpose.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Achei eles um pouco perdidos, com os clientes e com os entregadores de App. Todos confusos, não eram separados por setores, todos faziam de tudo e por fim atrasavam todos. Mas sobre os produtos estou satisfeita.
I found them a little lost, with the customers and the App deliverers. All confused, they were not separated by sectors, everyone did everything and finally delayed everyone. But about the products I am satisfied.
