★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Os consultores não estão nem aí para o cliente. Os ignora quase que por completo dando muito mal um bom dia, boa tarde ou boa noite.
Parece que trabalham de mal com a vida. Quando são interpelados, respondem com uma cara que mais diz "vai logo embora daqui e não enche o saco".
Mês passado perguntei se havia chegado o encarte de natal e a atendente disse que não existia mais e se eu quisesse, acessasse o site para ver, isso significa que quem não tem acesso digital ficará sem saber o que quer comprar???
Qual não foi minha surpresa ao ir esses dias e encontrar o mesmo, bonitinho e exposto no suporte.
Já fui consultora Cacau Show e sei de todos os andamentos da empresa então, para quem trabalha nas franquias, deveriam ter cuidado ao passar informações errôneas aos consumidores, principalmente os que eles nem imaginam que trabalham ou trabalharam para a empresa.
O franqueado deve contratar pessoas mais polidas e solícitas para atender ao público. Por isso que a loja vive vazia. Eu mesma odeio entrar nela.
 Lousy service. The consultants do not care for the client. It ignores them almost completely, making a good day, good afternoon or good night very bad.
It seems that they work badly with life. When they are questioned, they respond with a face that says more "get out of here and don't get bored".
Last month I asked if the Christmas booklet had arrived and the attendant said it didn't exist anymore and if I wanted to, go to the site to see it, that means that those who don't have digital access will not know what they want to buy ???
What was not my surprise to go these days and find the same, cute and exposed on the stand.
I was a Cacau Show consultant and I know all the company's progress so, for those who work in the franchises, they should be careful when passing erroneous information to consumers, especially those they don't even imagine working or worked for the company.
The franchisee must hire more polite and helpful people to serve the public. That's why the store is always empty. I hate to enter it myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei direto no whatsapp, vendedora muito atenciosa, paciente, pró-ativa.... Só elogios, envia foto dos produtos e monta a sexta e vai enviando as fotos até lhe agradar, recomendo demais! ( Procure a Fernanda) excelente atendimento!

Acredito que como estive lá perto doa dias de Páscoa e eles estavam com muitas entregas a domicílio, a loja estava um pouco confusa.
Gosto mt dos chicletes de lá e fui atendida dentro do que a funcionária podia, pois ela estava sozinha.
Recomendo a visita se estiver no shopping e quiser um delicioso chocolate!!!
It is a small store, but with the essentials we are looking for.
I believe that since I was there on Easter days and they had a lot of home deliveries, the store was a little confused.
I really like the chewing gum there and I was attended to within what the employee could, because she was alone.
I recommend the visit if you are at the mall and want a delicious chocolate !!!

Extremely unfriendly service. I went there for Christmas shopping and gave up, I ended up going to another store in the chain. Apathetic employees (21/11 in the afternoon).
