★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos. No centro, a loja funciona até às 18:30, que facilita muito para estacionar. E nas datas comemorativas tem atendimento com horário diferenciado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja do Parque Shopping Prudente tem um dona insuportável, destratou minha filha só porque a criança estava conversando com ela, mal humor tremendo. Nessa loja nunca mais coloquei nem pretendo colocar meus pés. Gosto dos produtos apesar de já ter tido problemas com alguns ( ovo de páscoa e bombom embolorados em duas situações), o pior que o ovo foi para presente e a troca deu um pouco de trabalho pois a funcionária da loja disse que tinha que ligar pro SAC fazer a troca e o SAC disse que tinha que ser feita a troca na loja. Depois desse jogo de empurra fiz a troca por outros produtos pois o ovo não tinha mais.
