★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui presenteado com uma embalagem hermeticamente fechada, mas tentei trocar pq era do tipo "diet", porém a troca não foi efetivada sob a alegação de que a empresa não efetuava trocas pq não sabiam em que condições havia sido guardada a embalagem, o que poderia deteriorar o chocolate. Então eu pergunto que qualidade é essa que uma embalagem perfeitamente hermética, sem violação poderia deterior o chocolate ? Além disso, pelo que eu sei a troca de qualquer produto é obrigatória e dessa forma essa empresa está violando do código do consumidor, uma vez que a embalagem estava em perfeito estado e a vendedora mesmo declarou que lembrava dessa compra há cerca de dois dias. O fato ocorreu na loja do Município de Araruama,RJ, mas a vendedora declarou que isto era uma norma de toda a empresa e não da loja local. Quem sabe se a cacau show está acima das leis vigentes ?
I was presented with a hermetically sealed package, but I tried to change it because it was diet type, but the exchange was not carried out on the grounds that the company did not make changes because they did not know under what conditions the packaging had been stored, which could deteriorate the chocolate. So I ask what quality is this that a perfectly airtight, tamper-resistant packaging could spoil the chocolate? Also, as far as I know the exchange of any product is mandatory and thus this company is violating the consumer code, since the packaging was in perfect condition and the seller herself stated that she remembered that purchase about two days ago. The fact happened in the store of the Municipality of Araruama, RJ, but the saleswoman declared that this was a norm of all the company and not of the local store. Who knows if the cocoa show is above the current laws?
