★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Google Maps indica que seu horário de funcionamento não pode ser afetado pelo Natal. Liguei lá hoje dia 25 de Dezembro às 13:30hs, o telefone chama, chama, mas ninguém atende. Não darei a viagem perdida até lá e comprovar algo tão óbvio. Poderiam ao menos atualizar a informação por aqui. Todos merecem curtir o Natal com a família inclusive as atendentes, mas onde fica a responsabilidade com o cliente??? Certamente não deve haver ninguém trabalhando lá. Ou se era pra abrir, o responsável não abriu. Pisou na bola feio com um cliente assíduo. O estabelecimento indicado perdeu muitos pontos. Custava informar? Aonde ficou a preocupação com o cliente em primeiro lugar???
 Google Maps indicates that their hours of operation can not be affected by Christmas. I called there today December 25th at 13:30, the phone calls, calls, but nobody answers. I will not give the trip lost there and prove something so obvious. They could at least update the information here. Everyone deserves to enjoy Christmas with the family including the attendants, but where is the responsibility with the customer ??? Certainly there should be no one working there. Or if it was to open, the official did not open. Stepped on the ugly ball with a frequent customer. The indicated establishment has lost many points. Did it cost to inform? Where was the concern for the customer in the first place ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui umas 9 vezes comprar fondue e nunca tem, sempre fala que acabou que está em falta, ok faltar, mas sempre??? Péssimo, melhor falar que nessa unidade não vende!
I've been about 9 times to buy fondue and never have, always say it's just missing, ok miss, but always ??? Terrible, better to say that this unit does not sell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma loja q vende chocolate bom, não tem como não avaliar com 5 estrelas! Os 70% Caçu são meu preferidos,mas t para todos os gostos! Uma loja sempre com produtos disponíveis e para consumo próprio ou presentear!!!! É uma boa pedida dar uma passada lá na hora do almoço..hehehe
A store that sells good chocolate, can't help rating it with 5 stars! The 70% Caçu are my favorites, but not for everyone! A store always with products available and for your own consumption or gift giving !!!! It's a good idea to stop by at lunchtime..hehehe

Mas na maioria das lojas sempre sou muito bem atendida, principalmente nas unidades de santo André, pessoas simpáticas e dispostas a resolver dúvidas, informar promoções e atender .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui 4 vezes em dias não próximos na loja comprar Fondue de chocolate e nunca tem. Sempre dizem que falta o chocolate....então tira do cardápio logo. Não perco mais o tempo e compro no shopping que sempre tem.
I've been 4 times in days not coming to the store to buy chocolate fondue and never have. They always say that chocolate is missing .... so get it off the menu soon. I don't waste any more time and buy at the mall that you always have.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo shopping, pouca movimentação, mas os caras estão cobrando o valor do preço de carro noe stacionamento de moto. fiquei 3h me cobraram quase 18 reais.
Great mall, little movement, but the guys are charging the car price and motorcycle parking. I stayed 3 hours they charged me almost 18 reais.
