★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento! Pedi 2 ovos de Páscoa para delivery. Anotaram meu pedido, transferi o dinheiro na hora. No final da tarde como não havia recebido a encomenda, entrei em contato com a loja e me disseram que um dos itens do meu pedido foi entregue para outra pessoa em outro endereço e que não havia mais em estoque. Sequer me avisaram, se eu não ligo pra saber... Desorganização total!!! Dei uma estrela porque não tem zero estrela!
Terrible attendance! I ordered 2 Easter eggs for delivery. They took my order, I transferred the money on the spot. Late in the afternoon, as I had not received the order, I contacted the store and was told that one of the items in my order was delivered to someone else at another address and that it was no longer in stock. They didn't even warn me, if I don't care to know ... Total disorganization !!! I gave it a star because it doesn't have a zero star!

Cocoa Show is divine anywhere. The Iguape/SP store is tiny in size, but immense in flavors. Best chocolate in the world.

Terrible service, I'm from another city, I went to ask for information about delivery, in addition to being harsh, they don't deliver, they didn't want to confirm if they had the kit I wanted. To buy it I would have to go there.
