★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui várias vezes, em dias alternados, na loja da ponta da praia procurar um tipo de chocolate que gosto e nunca tinha, sem contar o mal humor das atendentes que pareciam que estava com raiva do mundo. Pareciam que elas estavam fazendo um grande favor em lhe atender e vc o cliente estava cumprindo uma obrigação.
I went to the store at the end of the beach several times, looking for a type of chocolate that I like and never had, not to mention the bad mood of the attendants who seemed to be angry with the world. It seemed that they were doing a big favor in serving you and you were fulfilling an obligation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre fiz compras nas lojas Cacau show, infelizmente hoje tive uma péssima experiência, além de muito desagradável e constrangedora. Fui em uma das unidades da mesma para comprar ovos de páscoa, e ao solicitar a NOTA FISCAL PAULISTA a atendente titubeou ao dizer que não podia pois já havia lançado a compra, contestei pois ainda não havia efetuado o pagamento, foi quando então a atendente parecendo estar nervosa e sem saber como agir chamou um rapaz que pareceu ser o responsável da loja e falou para o mesmo que eu desejava a nota que por sinal é um direito meu e de todo consumidor, e em seguida esse mesmo rapaz começou a gritar comigo batendo no livro do consumidor como se fosse correto a atitude de se negar a colocar o meu CPF e me fornecer a nota. Enfim, aqui fica minha indignação pelo descaso e falta de respeito dos atendentes dessa loja tão conhecida. E que pretendo nunca mais comprar nada lá.
I have always shopped at Cacau show stores, unfortunately today I had a bad experience, as well as being very unpleasant and embarrassing. I went to one of the units of the same to buy Easter eggs, and when asking for the PAULIST FISCAL the clerk hesitated when saying that he could not because he had already launched the purchase, I objected because he had not yet made the payment, that was when the clerk then seemed being nervous and not knowing how to act called a guy who seemed to be in charge of the store and said to the same that I wanted the note that by the way is my right and that of every consumer, and then that same guy started shouting at me hitting in the consumer's book as if it were correct to refuse to put my CPF and give me the note. Anyway, here is my indignation for the neglect and lack of respect of the attendants of this well-known store. And that I intend to never buy anything there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima logística para a época da páscoa. Gastamos quase 300,00 em produtos desta loja e deixaram de entregar três produtos no valor de 167,00. Os mais caros. Não deram resposta ao Ifood e fiquei com a devolução do dinheiro mas sem o produto. A loja não atende o telefone. Tirou do gancho o dia todo. Só o Ifood foi eficiente e rápido. A loja não deu retorno nem pro cliente e nem para o Ifood. Nem mesmo com a avaliação baixa e explicativa que fizemos do motorista entregador. Isso ainda porque a loja só faz entrega com dia e hora agendados. Ineficiência e desrespeito total ao cliente e à plataforma de venda. Nunca mais compro lá e nem recomendo.
