★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar da entrada em obra, foi o local mais bonito e histórico que visitei a nível de Alambique em Paraty, apesar de estar fora do circuito (estrada Paraty Cunha), vale a ida até o local, só seguir por 5km, após a rotatória da entrada, em direção a Ubatuba, eles deixam um caminhão na beira da BR101 com placa de acesso ao local, são uns 2km em estrada de chão até a entrada da fazenda Cabral.
Tem uma capela em homenagem a São João Batista que é linda, com foto de antepassados dos donos.
A visitação, o local de conserva das cachaças, a loja dos produtos, e a parede de peças antigas, é tudo muito bonito e de encher os olhos de emoção.
 Despite the start of work, it was the most beautiful and historic place I visited in terms of alembic in Paraty, despite being off the circuit (Paraty Cunha road), it is worth the trip to the site, just follow it for 5km, after the roundabout at entrance, towards Ubatuba, they leave a truck on the edge of the BR101 with a sign for access to the site, it is about 2km on a dirt road to the entrance to the Cabral farm.
It has a chapel in honor of St. John the Baptist, which is beautiful, with photos of the owners' ancestors.
The visitation, the cachaça preserve, the product store, and the wall of antique pieces, it's all very beautiful and it fills the eyes with emotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can visit the distillery and buy your own. I was a bit disappointed with their top Gold 'cachaça' but the 2 year-old Silver one makes for delicious 'caipirinhas'.
