★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Cachaça Mandaguahy é produzida na centenária Fazenda Mandaguahy. A visita já vale pela Fazenda que apresenta casas e galpões construídos pelos escravos ainda em funcionamento. Os aquedutos são da mesma época e ainda estão em operação.
O Alambique foi montado numa parte simples da fazenda que foi reformada para atender as normas de higiene da produção de Cachaça.
A produção é pequena, mas tem boa variedade de madeiras no envelhecimento.
O resultado são cachaças excepcionais, com ótimas avaliações sensoriais e excelente custo benefício.
As minhas preferidas são as envelhecidas em Castareira e Amendoim, mas todas elas são excelentes.
O Fernando e todo pessoal da fazenda estão de parabéns!
Cachaça Mandaguahy is produced at the centenary Fazenda Mandaguahy. The visit is already worthwhile for the Fazenda, which features houses and sheds built by slaves still in operation. The aqueducts are from the same period and are still in operation.
The Alembic was set up in a simple part of the farm that was renovated to meet the hygiene standards of Cachaça production.
The production is small, but it has a good variety of woods in aging.
The result is exceptional cachaças, with great sensory evaluations and excellent cost benefit.
My favorites are those aged in Castareira and Amendoim, but they are all excellent.
