★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na loja é bom, mas dêem preferência ao Ifood (quase metade do preço) ou procurem lojas em Porto de galinhas que vendam os produtos. O coquetel de cajá está sendo vendido pelo dobro do preço na loja!

I thought they were good people, responsible and with a name to uphold! We made a final purchase in January 2022, and they still haven't delivered and they don't refund the amount paid! They don't answer and don't answer our messages!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na cachaçaria em 09/2021. Experimentei as cachaças, almocei uma excelente feijoada e trouxe para São Paulo a cachaça 7 ervas.
Em janeiro de 2022 entrei em contato para comprar mais e me garantiram que enviavam para qualquer lugar do Brasil. Fechei o negócio, realizei o PIX no valor de R$450,00 na mesma hora e até hoje 23/03/22 nem cachaças chegaram, nem valor foi devolvido e o pior, nem satisfação de forma clara e honesta me deram. Fui informado que haviam passado por problemas de saúde e eu entendi prontamente. Algum tempo depois, bem depois, após muita insistência minha, foram encaminhar a mercadoria para São Paulo. Chegando no aeroporto de Recife a LATAM informou que não entregava no meu endereço e eu por morar muito distante dos aeroportos de SP não teria como buscar. Depois de muito eu insistir e cobrar uma satisfação, me disseram que haviam conseguido um modo de enviar para o meu endereço, entretanto, até agora não me mandaram o código de rastreio do envio. Não atendem ligação e nem retornam mensagem. A atenção dada ao cliente a distância é péssima. Ligo todos os dias e não me atendem. Não indico. São muito relapsos e descomprometidos. Quero o dinheiro de volta ou as cachaças. Espero que resolvam. Davi Lemos.
I was at the cachaçaria in 09/2021. I tried the cachaças, had an excellent feijoada for lunch and brought the 7 herb cachaça to São Paulo.
In January 2022 I contacted them to buy more and they assured me that they would ship anywhere in Brazil. I closed the deal, made the PIX in the amount of R$450.00 at the same time and until today 03/23/22 neither cachaças arrived, nor the value was returned and the worst, nor satisfaction in a clear and honest way they gave me. I was informed that they had been experiencing health problems and I understood promptly. Some time later, much later, after much insistence on my part, they sent the goods to São Paulo. Arriving at the airport in Recife, LATAM informed me that it did not deliver to my address and because I live very far from the airports in SP, I would not be able to pick it up. After a lot of insisting and demanding satisfaction, they told me that they had found a way to ship to my address, however, so far they have not sent me the shipping tracking code. They don't answer calls or return messages. Customer service at a distance is terrible. I call everyday and they don't answer. I do not indicate. They are very lax and uncommitted. I want the money back or the cachaças. I hope they resolve it. David Lemos.
