★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O lugar é muito bonito, mas o atendimento não é dos melhores, são meio "frescos" e apesar de possuir uma área muito boa para piquinique, só se vc comprar tudo lá com eles pois, não gostam que vc leve sua própria refeição para comer lá, o que é meio chato.
The place is very beautiful, but the service is not the best, they are kind of "fresh" and despite having a very good area for picnicking, only if you buy everything there with them because they do not like you to take your own meal to eat there, which is kind of boring.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência. Fui ontem e me arrependi muito. Lugar estava um pouco cheio mas isso n justifica o péssimo atendimento do restaurante. Eles demoram mais de uma hr p fazer uma porção de batata frita com queijo quando enfim o prato chegou o queijo e a Batata estavam frios. Péssimo atendimento, péssima organização. O rapaz que cobra as entradas pensa que está fazendo favor p pessoas, n trata as pessoas como clientes. As piscinas tbm são horríveis, muito pequenas pela quantidade de pessoas que frequentam o local. A cachoeira tem uma queda boa mas é só tbm. N compensa ir somente p "molhar" numa cachoeira já que o resto deixa muito a desejar.
Poor experience. I went yesterday and I was very sorry. Place was a bit crowded but that doesn't justify the poor service of the restaurant. They take more than a hr p to make a portion of cheese fries when finally the dish arrived the cheese and the potato were cold. Bad service, bad organization. The guy who charges the tickets thinks he is doing people a favor, not treating people as customers. The pools are also horrible, very small by the amount of people who frequent the place. The waterfall has a good fall but it's also just. It is not worth going just to "wet" a waterfall since the rest leaves much to be desired.
