In sunny weekends and holidays it tend to receive many visitors, so if you prefer to enjoy nature in silence and peace you should visit it during the working days.
To get there you'll need to drive on road and off road and there's no many signs on the way. There's no stores or markets around, so take with you drinkable water and food. There's no amenities, bathrooms or garbages, so don't forget to get back your trash with you.
It's a very relaxing day trip from Rio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the dirt road, there is place to park. Also, there are many places into the waterfall that you can sit with your family to picnic. Very calm and relaxing place. Excellent to read a book while the water souds clean your mind.
