Dica: dá pra ir de carro, na rota que o Google Maps sugerir, até as casinhas mais próximas à cachoeira. De lá, basta perguntar a algum morador qual a trilha pra ir pra cachoeira. Em geral, algum morador se dispõe a guiar você até o banho (em troca de um agrado, claro, mas nada demais).
Vale muito a pena!
Best waterfall bath in the Serra da Meruoca.
Tip: You can go by car, on the route that Google Maps suggests, to the houses closest to the waterfall. From there, just ask some resident what the trail to go to the waterfall. In general, some resident is willing to guide you to the bath (in exchange for a treat, of course, but no big deal).
It is very worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O acesso se dá por uma trilha a partir da pequena comunidade dos Picos, a trilha é pequena mas com um certo grau de dificuldade, antes de chagar na cachoeira tem uma pedra que serve como mirante, a vista desse ponto é muito bonita, se puder reservar algum tempo para ver o pôr do sol, vale a pena, fui em agosto e tinha pouca água, mas valeu a visita.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quem não conhece a região: A caminho de Alcantaras tem uma placa sinalizando o sítio Alegre, ele vai ser a referência para se chegar na cachoeira (mas não é lá, você vira a esquerda antes). Durante o trajeto, carros baixos sofrem um pouco e pode demorar mais de 30 minutos pra chegar no vilarejo que se deixa o carro pra fazer a trilha da cachoeira. A trilha é moderada, não indicado pra idosos e crianças.
