★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar incrível não é trilha indicada pra pessoas muito sedentarias pois possue subidas bastante ingrimes porém recomendo Demais a todos os amantes das aventuras na natureza!!!
Incredible place is not a suitable trail for very sedentary people because it has quite steep climbs but I recommend Too Much to all lovers of adventures in nature!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trilha de 5km (ida e volta) com tempo aproximado de 3h a 3h30 (ida e volta). Acessamos a trilha pelo camping Alto da Serra. Praticamente sem marcações no percurso, é necessário guia ou utilizar algum programa de navegação com GPS (utilizamos o maps.me, mas outros podem ser utilizados como o Wikiloc ou Komoot). Com descidas e subidas íngremes e escorregadias, é recomendado ir de calçado com solado que não seja liso. A cachoeira é a mais bonita que já visitei próximo a Fortaleza. Super recomendado!!
5km trail (round trip) with approximate time of 3h to 3:30h (round trip). We access the trail through the Alto da Serra camping. Virtually no markings on the route, it is necessary to guide or use a navigation program with GPS (we use maps.me, but others can be used such as Wikiloc or Komoot). With steep and slippery slopes and descents, it is recommended to wear shoes with a sole that is not smooth. The waterfall is the most beautiful I've ever visited near Fortaleza. Super recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A trilha é incrível! Achei a dificuldade de média para difícil, principalmente na ida (descida). A subida tbm não é fácil e exige do cárdio. O poço em si é um lugar incrível! Lindo, calmo, intrigante.. água deliciosa (fui em dezembro). Estou começando com trilhas e indico para que JÁ está começando.
The trail is amazing! I found the difficulty to be medium to difficult, especially on the way (downhill). The climb is not easy and requires cardio. The pit itself is an amazing place! Beautiful, calm, intriguing... delicious water (I went in December). I'm starting with trails and I suggest that it's ALREADY starting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trilha de nível intermediário a avançado. Recomendável so fazer com um guia local junto pois pode correr risco de se perder no percurso caso você não conheça bem o trajeto.
Se não estiver chovendo, o nível é intermediário sendo de 0 a 10, 5,5. Já se chover o nível vai para avançado com certeza subindo para nível 8.
Fique sabendo dessas orientações desde já.
Intermediate to advanced level trail. It is recommended to only do it with a local guide as you can run the risk of getting lost on the route if you do not know the route well.
If it is not raining, the level is intermediate being from 0 to 10, 5.5. If it rains, the level goes to advanced, surely going up to level 8.
