★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço. Próximo ao INSS até tem um agente do rotativo, mas ele não pode nos dar o ticket. Nos obriga a ir até um restaurante muito longe para pagar o estacionamento. Uma pessoa com limitações de movimentos não consegue chegar até lá. Acessibilidade zero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em Vitória é possível pagar o rotativo com Picpay provavelmente sem custo ou custo baixo por lado da Prefeitura. Não sei exatamente quanto custou este "Cachoeiro Digital" mas acredito que a implementação não foi de graça e ainda menos a manutenção do mesmo.
