Pedi era 21:00 eles foram me entregar as 23:26. Sendo que pediram 1 hra e 25 para entregar.
Quando chegou estava GELADO e com gosto horrível de estragado! O cheiro estava horrível, o bacon estava cru e com gosto de ranço, não tinha batata palha direito, não trouxeram a maionese que pedi e PAGUEI.
A coca estava extremamente quente. Dei 2 mordidas por que estava com fome, e joguei o restante tudo fora. Não tinha mais nada aberto para pedir outra coisa e paguei por esse “lanche”.
Onde já se viu entregar uma coisa estragada para pessoa? Acredito que eles não comeriam isso!!!!
Não recomendo a ninguém! Não joguem o dinheiro de vocês fora nesse lugar.
*em resposta ao comentário do proprietário, não estou reclamando do motoboy e sim do atraso, se atrasou a obrigação do estabelecimento é comunicar ao cliente. Mandar pelo WhatsApp? Uma enorme demora para responder.
E se não fiquei satisfeita é meu direito vir reclamar. O certo é, se estivesse bom não estaria aqui reclamando. E eu paguei pelo serviço.
Terrible service and horrible food!
I ordered it at 9:00 pm and they delivered it to me at 11:26 pm. Being that they asked for 1 hr and 25 to deliver.
When it arrived it was FROZEN and had a horrible taste of spoiled! The smell was horrible, the bacon was raw and rancid, there was no potato straw right, they didn't bring the mayonnaise I asked for and I PAID.
The coke was extremely hot. I took 2 bites because I was hungry, and threw the rest away. There was nothing else open to order something else and I paid for this “snack”.
Where have you ever seen someone deliver something spoiled to someone? I don't think they would eat that!!!!
I don't recommend it to anyone! Don't throw your money away in this place.
* in response to the owner's comment, I'm not complaining about the motoboy, but about the delay, if it's late, the establishment's obligation is to inform the customer. Send via WhatsApp? A huge delay to respond.
And if I wasn't satisfied, it's my right to complain. The truth is, if it was good, I wouldn't be here complaining. And I paid for the service.
