★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremamente difícil contato, funcionários mal capacitados para atendimento e solução de problemas. Deixo como recomendação reavaliar toda equipe atual além de ensino como trabalhar em restaurante delivery onde requer atenção total da equipe além de delegação de funções. E atender e saber escutar os clientes, não chegar a ponto de não saber resolver situações simples. Sem contar que o sabor não vale nem o valor gasto nem os estresses.
 Extremely difficult to contact, poorly trained staff for service and problem solving. I leave as a recommendation to reevaluate the entire current team in addition to teaching how to work in a delivery restaurant where it requires full attention from the team in addition to delegation of functions. And to meet and listen to customers, not to the point of not knowing how to solve simple situations. Not to mention that the taste is not worth the amount spent or the stress.

I did two trails with Raquel. It was all wonderful. I highly recommend it and I'm already scheduled to do more trails with her on the next holiday.
