★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou cliente, nem nunca serei. Moro na região e acabei de passar lá E a cuidadora bateu num cachorro que estava secando no banho e tosa na vitrine. Detalhe o cachorro estava acuado com o rabo entre as pernas, péssimo lugar. Era um cachorro de pequeno porte e branco.
NÃO LEVEM SEU CACHORRO PARA SER CUIDADO LÁ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostava do atendimento, minhas cachorrinhas voltavam contentes depois do banho, até que em setembro de 2019, uma delas voltou muito triste e pensei que estava cansada do banho, porém, percebi que estava com uma queimadura nas costas próximo do rabo, porém maquiaram passaram uma pomada na região e pentearam por cima, quero acreditar que isso foi um descuido, em momento algum me falaram nada, nunca mais volto lá e não indico nenhum cliente, pelo contrário.
NÃO LEVEM OS SEUS PETS NESSE ESSE LOCAL!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horário de funcionamento é meio aleatório, já dei com a cara na porta algumas vezes. Nem vou mais pra não perder a viagem, já encontrei outro na mesma região. Mas o atendimento é bom (quando está aberto rs)...
Opening hours are kind of random, I've run into the door a few times. I'm not even going anymore to not miss the trip, I've already found another one in the same region. But the service is good (when it's open lol)...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior lugar do mundo para levar seu animal, irresponsável levei meu cachorro pra da o primeiro banho higienico, um shihtzu, fiquei na maior expectativa aguando ele chegar, quando vieram trazer o cachorro trouxeram o toucador e simplesmente a pediu desculpas e falou que sua funcionária confundiu meu cachorro com um outro que era pra tousar. Além do cachorro vim torzado, veio muito assustado e agressivo, coisa que sempre foi muito dócil, meu cachorro tem apenas 3 meses. Não levem seus cachorros nesse lugar.
