★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se você não estiver com pressa é razoável o atendimento, porém, deixo o comentário dizendo que a entrega é bem demorada, no mínimo 3 horas para entregar o pedido.
If you are not in a hurry, the service is reasonable, however, I leave the comment saying that the delivery takes a long time, at least 3 hours to deliver the order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, encomendei dois garrafões de 20 litros (pagando o casco) com o Victor e me garantiu que chegaria até o fim do dia (ontem), nao chegou, liguei hoje (15/01/20) e falei com Pedro que deu várias desculpas, inclusive que não podia vender o casco e recusou a venda. Eles precisam saber que a crise de água vai acabar e vai voltar tudo ao normal e vão precisar de clientes. E se depender de indicações minhas vão fechar as portas. Muito ruim!!!!
Terrible service, ordered two 20-liter bottles (paying the hull) with Victor and assured me it would come to the end of the day (yesterday), not arrived, I called today (1/15/20) and spoke to Peter who gave several excuses, including that he could not sell the hull and refused the sale. They need to know that the water crisis will end and all will return to normal and will need customers. And if depend on my directions will close the doors. Too bad!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço, água Lindoya R$ 20,00 com gosto ruim. Fiz contato, ficaram de trocar e estou a 4 dias aguardando o Victor efetuar a troca. Sempre promete e nunca cumpre. Falta de responsabilidade e profissionalismo. Compro 2 galões por semana pois minha mãe está operada e só quer tomar água de galão, fui experimentar comprar com eles e só decepção. Mais uma empresa que logo estará com as portas fechadas pelo péssimo atendimento. Não índico a ninguém.
Terrible service, Lindoya water R$ 20.00 with bad taste. I made contact, they were exchanged and I'm 4 days waiting for Victor to make the exchange. Always promises and never delivers. Lack of responsibility and professionalism. I buy 2 gallons a week because my mother has an operation and only wants to drink a gallon of water, I tried to buy with them and I was only disappointed. Another company that will soon have its doors closed due to the poor service. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Também comprei água da Lindoia, que estava com gosto ruim. Então, quando acabou, fui comprar água com outra loja e, para o meu espanto, o galão estava quase vencido!! Fiquei muito envergonhado. Quase a outra loja não trocou. Nunca mais comprarei aqui.
I also bought Lindoia water, which had a bad taste. So, when it was over, I went to buy water from another store and, to my amazement, the gallon was almost expired!! I was very embarrassed. Almost the other store did not change. I will never shop here again.
