They say they only update over the phone but they haven't answered, I've called for three weeks and nothing, phone off the hook for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento telefônico,vc morre ligando e ninguém atende eu já fui lá fiquei ligando na frente deles e ninguém atende isso e uma falta de respeito com a população,as assistência social nunca sabem lhe explicar nada só diz esperar até o próximo pagamento ver no que dar, elas dizem que vão te ligar e não ligam e nem atende o telefone,faz 3 meses que estou cancelanda .mas no sistema diz que estou recebendo auxílio e no outro sistema o bolsa,aí ei pergunto pra onde está indo esse dinheiro? Falta de respeito enorme
Terrible phone service, you die calling and no one answers I've been there, I was calling in front of them and no one answers that and a lack of respect for the population, social services never know how to explain anything to you, they just say wait until the next payment and see what give, they say they're going to call you and they don't call or answer the phone, I've been cancelling for 3 months. But in the system it says I'm receiving aid and in the other system the bag, then I ask where is this money going? Huge lack of respect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não atende o telefone e guando atende desligar na cara ou se faz e fala que o número não existe, péssimo atendente, roubou de verba na cara dura.
He doesn't answer the phone and when he answers the phone, he hangs up or he says that the number doesn't exist, terrible attendant, he stole money in his face.

IT SHOULD HAVE A WEBSITE FOR US TO ENTER INTO COMMUNICATION, SINCE EVERYTHING IS SOLVING UP ON THE INTERNET TODAY, IT IS ABSURD AND A LACK OF RESPECT WITH OTHERS......
