Como tive a informação que iriam funcionar até 12h, meu esposo desceu de brumadinho,sentido contagem, para simplesmente falarem q outro vendedor vendeu a minha reserva. Um absurdo, descaso totalmente com o cliente, fiquei na mão no dia do Natal, fora a gasolina.
In contact with the company's salesperson, 3 days before, I made a reservation for 2 sets. for pickup on Christmas Saturday. As I had the information that they would work until 12:00, my husband came down in a blunder, counting down, to simply talk about the other seller selling my reservation. Nonsense, total disregard for the customer, I was on hand on Christmas Day, apart from gasoline.
