100% Insatisfatório.
Realizei uma compra no mês de março, junto com a abertura do cartão. Com a adesão deixei claro que não tinha interesse em nenhuma forma de bônus para celular e nem seguro para o cartão, portanto na mensalidade deveria haver apenas a cobrança da parcela de minha compra e a taxa de manutenção do cartão. A representante inseriu o bônus para celular mesmo informando que não faria isto e confirmando repetidas vezes. Ao comparecer a loja, mesmo conversando com a supervisora local e cancelando o roubo mascarado de benefício, tive que pagar a primeira parcela com o valor do bônus (que pedi que não colocassem) pois não poderiam modificar a fatura.
Venda casada é CRIME, e tirar do consumidor o direito de protestar uma adesão que o mesmo deixa claro não ter interesse é roubo.
A velha história de enriquecer a custa dos menos afortunados.
A loja é boa, tem ótimos produtos e preços, mas a adesão de cartão vem por meio de mentiras, representantes mentirosos que colocam o consumidor em situação vexatória para extorquir.
Cartão CAEDU é uma forma sutil de se beneficiar as custas do pobre.

I made a purchase in March, along with the opening of the card. Upon joining, I made it clear that I was not interested in any form of mobile bonus or card insurance, so the monthly fee should only be charged for the installment of my purchase and the card maintenance fee. The rep entered the mobile bonus even though she said she wouldn't do it and confirmed it over and over again. When I went to the store, even talking to the local supervisor and canceling the theft masked as a benefit, I had to pay the first installment with the bonus amount (which I asked them not to put) because they couldn't change the invoice.
Bundling is a CRIME, and taking away the consumer's right to protest a membership that he makes clear is not interested is theft.
The old story of getting rich at the expense of the less fortunate.
The store is good, has great products and prices, but card adhesion comes through lies, lying representatives who put the consumer in a vexatious situation to extort.
CAEDU card is a subtle way to benefit at the expense of the poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima loja estou chatiada com a caedu e encheram o saco pra fazer o cartao pois bem eu fiz quando passei no caixa me falaram que poderia parcelar em 8x quando chegou a fatura eu paguei ai percebi que não tava voltando o limite quando fiz as contas veio cobrando juros a mais do meu limite de uso fui reclamar na loja atendente disse que não podia fazer nada por que ja tinha pagado 3 parcelas pois bem nunca mais compro na loja de vocês esse funcionários desatentos estão acabando com o nome da empresa e outra vou pagar todas as faturas ja que vocês precisam se manter enganado o seus próprios clientes com juros e cobranças indevidas não informadas na fatura do cartão e quando acabar as parcelas será cancelado e ir diretamente pro lixo. Haaa e é capaz de cobrarem juros no meu cartão por essa avaliação
bad store I'm upset with caedu and they got mad to make the card because I did when I went to the cashier they told me I could pay in 8 installments when the invoice arrived I paid then I realized I wasn't returning the limit when I did the math they came charging interest in excess of my usage limit I went to complain to the store clerk said he couldn't do anything because I had already paid 3 installments because I'll never buy from your store again these inattentive employees are ruining the company's name and another one I'll pay them all the invoices since you need to keep deceived your own customers with interest and undue charges not informed on the card bill and when the installments are over, it will be canceled and go directly to the trash. Haaa and is able to charge interest to my card for this review
