Deveriam prestar mais atenção nas informações disponibilizadas no site, afinal de contas, perdi minha viagem.
The website says the store is open until 9pm on Saturdays, but on 03/05 I went at 6pm and the store was closed.
They should pay more attention to the information provided on the site, after all, I missed my trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto da loja, porém, minha reclamação é com relação a funcionária Bianca que me atendeu no caixa, não tem o minimo de educação e respeito ao cliente, ao tentar passar um dos meus produtos disse pra mim que não estava passando, como se eu fosse o culpado, se a roupa que eles estão vendendo não tem etiqueta para passar no caixa o problema é da loja e eles quem devem resolver. Então ela esperou que buscássemos outro produto similar para ela passar, como se fossemos funcionario da loja e nem agradeceu a colaboração. O minimo que esperamos dos atendentes é educação.
I like the store, however, my complaint is about the employee Bianca who helped me at the cashier, she doesn't have the least education and respect for the customer, when trying to pass one of my products she told me that it wasn't passing, as if I were the culprit, if the clothes they are selling don't have a tag to pass the checkout, the problem is the store and they must solve it. So she waited for us to look for another similar product for her to pass on, as if we were a store employee and didn't even thank us for the collaboration. The least we expect from attendants is education.
