★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poucos caixas em plena véspera de Natal. Os clientes irritados, pois ficamos mais de 40 minutos na fila, e os funcionários escutando a reclamação, mas infelizmente a culpa não são dos funcionários, mas sim da gestão da loja. Fora isso o preço é acessível e tem muitas variedades

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Com os caixas péssimos, principalmente a fila preferencial... e atendende Bruna sem agilidade nenhuma com uma cara de deboche. Procurei o gerente para ele resolver a demora da fila o mesmo não estava na loja... já em outra concorrente um atendimento excelente com rapidez e organização.
With the terrible cashiers, especially the preferential line... and Bruna attends without any agility with a mocking face. I looked for the manager to solve the queue delay, he wasn't in the store... already in another competitor an excellent service with speed and organization.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A caixa fechou minha conta informando que eu concorreria a sorteios de um determinado valor pela loteria federal e após o pagamento me deu um extrato de seguro protegido para assinar informando que para participar do sorteio eu teria que assinar o seguro que só viriam cobranças quando eu tiver parcelas.
A informação não foi esclarecida,quiseram me enganar.
Dica se quiserem ter cartão da loja façam pelo app a demora é terrível,te cobram um valor da parcela que sao revertidos em créditos de celular etc,uma confusão.
Não gostei,não volto mais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu gostei da loja as roupas são muito bonitas tem de tudo roupa, calçado, lingerie... preço bom e qualidade muito boa, achei roupas lindas pro meu filho de 11 e pra minha filha de 1 aninho o melhor preço, beleza e qualidade comparado a outras fast fashions que cobram uma fortuna em uma jaqueta jeans ou casaco peluciado pra criança.
Ponto negativo: filas quilométricas sem nenhum distanciamento, menos caixas na loja e os caixas operantes demoram horrores oferecendo serviços e querendo fazer o cartão da loja.
I liked the store the clothes are very beautiful it has everything clothes, shoes, lingerie... good price and very good quality, I found beautiful clothes for my 11 year old son and my 1 year old daughter the best price, beauty and quality compared to other fast fashions that charge a fortune on a kid's denim jacket or plush coat.
Negative point: kilometer long lines with no distance, fewer cashiers in the store and operating cashiers take a long time offering services and wanting to get the store card.
