★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente hoje foi completamente frustrante dentro desta loja. Eu ganhei um conjunto e mais uma outra blusa de presente em Dezembro. Como foi um presente não tem cupom fiscal e eles não fizeram a troca do produro. Dizendo: Que as caixas falam que só faz troca com os cupon fiscal. Mentiraaaa!!! Elas não falam. Estava com etique e perfeito estado apesar de gostar das peças do conjunto. Eu fui completamente enganada e frustrada ? irei segunda feira para o Procon procurar meus diretos de consumidor. Péssima essa loja ... Não tem nenhum demonstrativo e nenhuma regra dizendo dentro da loja sobre as trocas ...
 Unfortunately today was completely frustrating inside this store. I got a set and another blouse as a gift in December. As it was a gift, there is no tax coupon and they did not exchange the product. Saying: That the cashiers say that they only exchange with tax coupons. lie!!! They don't speak. It was tagged and in perfect condition despite liking the pieces in the set. I was completely deceived and frustrated ? I will go Monday to Procon to look for my consumer rights. This store is terrible... There is no statement and no rules inside the store saying about exchanges...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento não é lá isso tudo pois as vezes que precisa de ajuda ou tirar uma dúvida não tem nenhum funcionário o atendimento nos caixa eletrônico outra demora quando a loja não tem clientes fica o caixa cheio de pessoas pra atender e quando a loja tá cheia filas enormes fica duas ou três no caixa
Customer service is not all that because sometimes you need help or ask a question there is no employee the service at the ATMs another delay when the store has no customers the cashier is full of people to answer and when the store is full there are huge queues two or three in the box

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Fila imensa e só dois caixas abertos para atendimento. Não recomendo se você estiver com pressa. 40 minutos de fila ou mais só para efetuar o pagamento.
Terrible service. Huge queue and only two open cashiers for service. I don't recommend it if you're in a hurry. 40 minutes in line or more just to pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Como sempre horrível, a fila enorme e só uma operadora. Sempre a mesma coisa, pode ser qualquer dia da semana, a mulherada tudo conversando e só uma trabalhando. Um absurdo, fui atrás de gerente, supervisora e tbm não encontramos. Palhaçada essa Caedu da Vila Dirce. Espero que tomem alguma providência e coloquem quem realmente quer trabalhar.
As always horrible, the huge queue and only one operator. Always the same thing, it can be any day of the week, the women are all talking and only one is working. An absurd, I went after a manager, supervisor and we didn't find it either. This Caedu from Vila Dirce is a joke. I hope they take some action and put who really wants to work.
