Worst company I've ever seen. Honestly... if they privatize I think little. I've never seen a company so sadistic that it really loves to make the citizen of a beast. Total disregard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 05/07 realizamos a solicitação de uma nova ligação (Protocolo: 20211007818017), de acordo com o Registro de Atendimento nos foi informado que a previsão era que fosse realizada no dia 20, chegando o dia não foi realizada. Ao entrar em contato com o 115 nos informaram que deveríamos ir a sede de nossa cidade para verificar o motivo do atraso, lá nos informaram que o prazo correto seriam 15 dias úteis, no caso se encerrando hoje (23/07/2021) e até o presente momento (17:16) o serviço não foi realizado e não entraram em contato.
Hoje (23/07/2021) foi realizada uma reclamação no Reclame Aqui e nos responderam da seguinte forma: "A sua solicitação foi feita no dia 05/07 com data prevista para o dia 20/07 , como já lhe foi informado ,por está fora do prazo foi aberta uma Manifestação na Ouvidoria e encaminhada ao setor responsável, o prazo são de dez dias úteis." A dúvida é se iremos aguardar mais 10 dias ÚTEIS para poder receber o serviço solicitado que já se encontra em atraso. Quero SOLUÇÕES para o nosso problema. Quero saber se precisaremos aguardar mais 10 dias úteis, quero saber um dia EXATO da instalação e O QUANTO ANTES, pois já se encontra em ATRASO!
On July 5th, we made a request for a new call (Protocol: 20211007818017), according to the Attendance Register, we were informed that the forecast was for it to be carried out on the 20th, when the day was not reached. When contacting 115, they informed us that we should go to our city's headquarters to check the reason for the delay, they informed us that the correct deadline would be 15 working days, in the case ending today (07/23/2021) and even the present time (17:16) the service was not performed and they did not get in touch.
Today (07/23/2021) a complaint was filed in Reclame Aqui and they responded as follows: "Your request was made on 07/05 with a date scheduled for 07/20, as you were already informed by is out of date, a Manifestation was opened at the Ombudsman and forwarded to the responsible sector, the deadline is ten working days." The question is whether we will wait another 10 BUSINESS days to receive the requested service, which is already overdue. I want SOLUTIONS for our problem. I want to know if we will need to wait another 10 working days, I want to know an EXACT day of installation and HOW MUCH BEFORE, as it is already DELAYED!
