My family, including me, always leave properties for rent with Caetano. We never had any problems with tenants. And the administration is very well done, including legal support, if necessary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao inquilino é péssimo. Não responde, sempre muito ocupado. Transparece claramente que esta fazendo um grande favor quando loca um imóvel.
Quero compartilhar com todas as pessoas que sao inqulinas e cumpridoras de seus deveres como locatario. Deste novembro ultimo ate sabado passado o imovel que locado por mim junto a este idonea imobiliaria ja há 8 anos sofreu 5 invasões com o furto de todos, absolutamente todos pertences eletro eletronicos e varios pertences de uso pessoal. Ha 2 anos venho solicitando a imobiliaria que colocasse grades em duas janelas que estavam vulneraveis sem proteçao. Sempre fui enrolada e ignorada. A imobiliaria dizendo mes que vem faz. Enfim, quando se deu a mudança da vizinha que tinha cachorros o caso so piorou. A casa passou a ser visida pelos invasores que inclusive marcaram meu muro. Avisei ao dono, a imobiliaria e escutei um sonoro "problema seu" " responsabilidade do locatario", " arrume alguem para fazer pq eu(o representante das novas proprietarias), nao vou mexer em nada ai. E ainda aconselhou dizendo "Dona a senhora tem que mudar pra um apartamento pequeno, mulher e sozinha nao tem jeito". Em seguida a imobiliaria com seu dono, do alto de sua arrogancia pediu que desocupasse o imovel ao termino do contrato que se dara em janeiro. O que inquilinos de bem fariam numa situaçao dessas? Gostaria da opiniao de vcs. Os 5 boletins de ocorrencia foram registrados na policia civil, apos a PM que chamei em todas as invasoes orientarem a comparecer no D.P. este foi um resuminho do que venho passando neste maldito imovel sob a administraçao desta abençoada imobiliaria. Todo o corrido teria sido evitado grandemente se as grades tivessem sido colocadas. A casa apresenta outros tantos problemas estruturais que tenho pena do proximo gaiato que for pego por essa imobiliaria. Cuidado com esta imobiliarias e tantas outras iguais que acham que fazem um grande favorvem alugar e que somente eles tem direitos e nos inquilinos deveres. ATENÇAO!!!!

I would like your opinion The 5 police reports were registered with the civil police, after the PM I called in all the invasions advising to appear at the DP this was a summary of what I have been going through in this damned property under the administration of this blessed real estate. The whole run would have been greatly avoided if the bars had been put in. The house has so many other structural problems that I feel sorry for the next guy who gets caught by this real estate. Watch out for this real estate and so many others like it that they think they do a big favor and rent and that only they have rights and tenants' duties. ATTENTION!!!!
