Ela, que está grávida, foi pegar o pedido conforme combinado, às 13hs.
Chegamos lá e simplesmente não tinham feito o pedido: por algum erro, não foi feito e não tinha mais a opção.
Não anotaram um telefone para entrar em contato, nem nada, simplesmente esperaram a gente chegar pra dizer que não tinha mais nada.
São 13h45 e minha esposa está comendo só agora, quase passando mal de fome.
É possível dar 0 estrelas? Porque 1 estrela ainda é muito para o que fizeram.
They took my wife's order at approximately 12:20 pm.
She, who is pregnant, went to get the order as arranged, at 1 pm.
We got there and they simply hadn't made the request: for some mistake, it wasn't done and they no longer had the option.
They didn't write down a phone to get in touch, or anything, they just waited for us to arrive to say that there was nothing else.
It is 1:45 pm and my wife is eating just now, almost starving.
Is it possible to give 0 stars? Because 1 star is still a lot for what they did.

The food is Good, the service is fast...the environment is very ugly and messy. Dirty ceiling, abandoned counter full of books, magazines and very ugly papers msm....
