★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente deixa a desejar... Tentei hoje dar uma terceira chance, mas não tem jeito.
Para começar o lugar é "largado", os atendentes são despreparados,tem moscas e alguns alimentos ficam expostos. A primeira coxinha que comprei estava azeda,a de hoje a massa totalmente crua. Em outro momento comprei sorvete,e junto com os mesmos no freezer estavam outros alimentos em potes abertos. Questionei na época e a atendente me ignorou. Sempre deixei passar,mas hoje não teve jeito. Ah,e quando pedi para levar para viajem,a atendente nem luvas usava. E pegou um saquinho de plástico para por a coxinha( detalhe,estava quente). Questionei se não tinha um de papel ou mesmo um recepiente próprio para viajem. A atendente disse que não tinha,e ofereceu um guardanapo de papel...ok...fazer ok.
Um lugar que tem um nome tão charmoso,que faz parte de restaurante aparentemente bom,e que tem tudo para ser top, largado na mão de gente despreparada.
Não é possível que os responsáveis,ou seja proprietários não vejam tudo isso.
Espero que consigam melhorar esse ambiente, que tenham sucesso... Se houver interesse né,pois já estou aqui a 2 anos, e pelo visto nada mudou. Pois sinceramente do jeito que está não pretendo nunca mais voltar.
Unfortunately it leaves something to be desired ... I tried today to give a third chance, but there is no way.
To start the place is "dropped", the attendants are unprepared, there are flies and some food is exposed. The first drumstick I bought was sour, today's dough was totally raw. At another time I bought ice cream, and along with them in the freezer were other foods in open jars. I asked at the time and the attendant ignored me. I always let it go, but today there was no way. Oh, and when I asked to take it for a trip, the attendant didn't even wear gloves. And he took a plastic bag to put the coxinha (detail, it was hot). I asked if I didn't have a paper one or even a proper travel receipt. The attendant said she hadn't, and offered a paper napkin ... ok ... do ok.
A place that has such a charming name, that is part of an apparently good restaurant, and that has everything to be top, left in the hands of unprepared people.
It is not possible that those responsible, that is, owners, do not see all of this.
I hope that they can improve this environment, that they will succeed ... If there is interest, right, since I have been here for 2 years, and apparently nothing has changed. For honestly the way it is I do not intend to ever return.

The story of Moageira Serra Grande goes through the saga of a family from the city of Sobral led by Jocely Dantas. It all started in a small artisanal industrial park that initially had a small production of 100 bags of 60kg of coffee per month.
