★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café do ponto é bom, mas o atendimento por apenas uma garçonete deixa a desejar, não por Ela, pois me atendeu muito bem, a demora no atendimento no geral. O empresário deveria colocar pelo menos mais uma pessoa evitando assim a demora.
 The coffee shop is good, but the service by just one waitress leaves something to be desired, not by Her, as she served me very well, the delay in service in general. The entrepreneur should place at least one more person, thus avoiding delays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nao volto mais. Nao pelos cafes ou lanches, mas pelo atendimento, que da ultima vez foi pessimo. Pedi croissants e um capuccino,. Veio tudo ok. Depois pedi uma torta integral de banana. O atendente nao anotou e diz ele ter informado na cozinha, mas ninguem se movimentou para pegar a torta. Lembrei ele duas vezes, sem resultado. Pedi a conta e perguntei pq ele nao trouxe a torta. Ele respondeu que fez o pedido mas como ninguem quis pegar a torta ele nao podia fazer nada. ELE DISSE ISSO RINDO, NA MINHA CARA. Era cliente, nunca mais apareco la.
I'm not coming back. Not for the coffee or snacks, but for the service, which last time was terrible. I ordered croissants and a cappuccino. Everything came ok. Then I ordered a wholemeal banana pie. The attendant didn't write it down and says he told her in the kitchen, but no one moved to get the pie. I reminded him twice, with no result. I asked for the bill and asked why he didn't bring the pie. He replied that he ordered but as no one wanted to take the pie he couldn't do anything. HE SAID IT LAUGHING, IN MY FACE. I was a client, I never showed up there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O café é bom, mas servir essa garrafinha de 310ml é imoral. Custa uns 20 centavos a mais a garrafa maior no fornecedor.
The coffee is good, but serving this 310ml bottle is immoral. It costs about 20 cents more for the larger bottle at the supplier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar do rapaz ter sido atencioso, a senhora do caixa me cobrou a mais um café de brigadeiro, que, segundo ela, em outro cardápio estava mais caro (R$22 e pouco) e no cardápio da parede do estabelecimento estava R$20. Se tivessem me avisado antes, ou se essa senhora meu tivesse sido meio grossa, eu não estaria vindo deixar essa avaliação negativa aqui. O café até que estava gostosinho, mas a falta de experiência com atendimento ao cliente e simpatia deixou a desejar.
Although the boy was attentive, the cashier charged me for another brigadeiro coffee, which, according to her, was more expensive on another menu (R$22 and a little) and on the menu on the wall of the establishment it was R$20. If they had warned me earlier, or if this lady of mine had been a little rude, I wouldn't be coming to leave this negative review here. The coffee was quite tasty, but the lack of experience with customer service and friendliness left something to be desired.

A torta de damasco é imbatível!
Back in Rio we went to change our cell phone at Shopping Tijuca and we took the opportunity to have a snack before returning home.

Even though the coffee is delicious, the waiting time is absurdly high. THE STORE HAS 1 WAITRESS TO ATTEND 11 TABLES!!!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, RIGHT? IS IT SLAVE LABOR? POOR WAITRESS WHICH WORKS VERY WELL AND VERY AWARE! BUT SHE DOESN'T DESERVE IT!
