★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já fui ao local e tomei um café expresso maravilhoso . Retornei mês passado e pedi o mesmo, sendo que estava horrível. Reclamei com a atendente e ela disse que a maquina estava com defeito. Se a máquina estava com defeito, pq servir um café que não condiz com a qualidade do mesmo? Melhor seria mantê-la parada até conserto. O pior é que não avisaram nada. Pedi outro café e a mesma me disse que seria cortesia e eu disse que não era, pois não deveria nem pagar. Ela insistiu que era e tornou a me servir um café horrível.
Uma grande pena, pois adorava o local, porém certamente não retorno.
Faltando um melhor atendimento ao cliente. Atenção e gentileza faz se um atendimento de excelência!
I went to the place and had a wonderful espresso. I returned last month and ordered the same, which was horrible. I complained to the attendant and she said the machine was defective. If the machine was defective, why serve a coffee that does not match its quality? It would be better to keep it still until repaired. The worst thing is that they didn't say anything. I ordered another coffee and it said it would be complimentary and I said it wasn't, because I shouldn't even pay. She insisted it was and served me a horrible coffee again.
A great pity, because I loved the place, but certainly not return.
Lacking better customer service. Attention and kindness is an excellent service!
