★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu estava entrando e a funcionária saindo para fofocar. Voltou, entrou e não olhou na minha cara.......após 2 minutos se virou e disse "pois não?". O estabelecimento possui 3 mesas e 1 delas estava cheia de sacolas de mercado (às 10:00). Perguntei se havia lanche natural, "não tem"......então perguntei se tinha algum lanche pois ela não se dignou a dizer por conta própria......."bauru e misto......mas não dá pra fazer bauru pq acabou o presunto". Pedi um pão de queijo e um café com leite, o qual veio gelado, mas o nível de raiva já era tamanho que só queria ir embora. Quando então chega alguém que acredito ser a proprietária (moça loura), nos dá bom dia e então sua funcionária quase aos gritos fofoca "você não acredita, a ex-esposa do fulano (esqueci o nome) ta aí no consultório do dr Ciclano" e a dona questiona o motivo e então pasmem, a funcionária saiu e foi na recepção do prédio aprimorar a fofoca. Um pão de queijo + um café gelado por R$ 10,00. Detalhe, a moça da mesa ao lado pediu para esquentar o leite dela que também estava gelado, o qual a cidadã pegou e colocou a xìcara no microondas por 2 vezes, pois na primeira ela esquentou e esqueceu, ficou lá. Trata-se de um café dentro de um prédio comercial onde eu prefiro beber água no consultório que fui do que voltar lá para comprar uma bala. Sugiro que a proprietária preste mais atencão na qualidade do atendimento de sua funcionária, a qual hoje eliminou pelo menos 2 clientes os quais com certeza ainda voltarão várias vezes ao prédio onde estabelecimento fica, mas COM CERTEZA não voltarão a pisar no Café Jatobá. Fica a dica.

I asked if there was a natural snack, "there isn't" ...... so I asked if there was any snack because she didn't deign to say it on her own ....... "bauru and mixed ...... but you can't make bauru because the ham is over ". I ordered a cheese bread and a latte, which came cold, but the level of anger was already so great that I just wanted to leave. When someone arrives who I believe to be the owner (blonde girl), he says good morning and then his employee almost screaming gossip "you don't believe it, the guy's ex-wife (I forgot the name) is there in Dr. Ciclano's office" and the owner questions the reason and then they are amazed, the employee left and went to the building reception to improve the gossip. A cheese bread + an iced coffee for R $ 10.00. Detail, the girl at the next table asked to warm her milk, which was also cold, which the citizen took and put the cup in the microwave for 2 times, because the first time she warmed up and forgot, she stayed there. It is a cafe inside a commercial building where I prefer to drink water in the office I went to than go back there to buy a candy. I suggest that the owner pay more attention to the quality of the service provided by her employee, who today eliminated at least 2 customers who will certainly still return several times to the building where the establishment is located, but SURELY they will not step back into Café Jatobá.
