O World Café Bar, recém-inaugurado em pleno Centro Velho da Capital Paulista, veio acrescentar mais um Café Bar no portfólio de nossa cidade. Quem nos presenteou com essa nova casa, foi o veterano Chef Raimundo Oliveira, já conhecido por mais de 25 anos de mercado com sua extinta Pizzaria Copan.
O Chef Raimundo em plena pandemia, resolveu arregaçar as mangas e realizar o que ele faz de melhor. Foi pra cozinha, criou novos pratos e botou a família toda pra trabalhar. Nova casa, novo investimento e novos horizontes.
O Conceito de Luxo foi convidado para avaliar a casa, eu estive almoçando no World Café Bar e fiquei perplexo com o charme e a beleza da casa. Aconchegante, descolada e muito confortável. A pequena casa veio pra ficar, no estilo varandão com muita claridade, vista pra rua, nos passa um clima de São Paulo antigo.
A casa é extremamente bem decorada em sua simplicidade e bom gosto. Enormes painéis em preto e branco homenageia a nossa São Paulo e nos dá as boas vindas.
Em minha degustação eu iniciei com uma boa cerveja gelada, acompanhada das torradinhas crocantes que só o chef Raimundo sabe preparar com muito empenho.
Já o prato principal minha opção foi o Filet com Fritas. Uma generosa fatia de filé mignon com fritas crocantes. Muito bom o acerto do ponto da carne, a qualidade e o sabor acompanhado das batatinhas ficaram perfeitos!.
A sobremesa, fiz questão de provar um doce feito na própria casa. Pudim de Leite. Simples e muito gostoso, o pudim com textura caseira, servido em fatia grossa, com a calda banhando o doce com gostinho de pudim de mãe.
No geral, World Café Bar veio realmente pra ficar. A região central precisa de muitas casas com esse perfil. Boa comida, elegantes em sua simplicidade e preço justíssimo. Eu adorei!

WORLD CAFÉ BAR * CENTRO / SP
The World Café Bar, recently opened in the heart of the Old Center of the Capital Paulista, added another Café Bar to the portfolio of our city. The veteran Chef Raimundo Oliveira, who presented us with this new home, has been known for over 25 years in the market with his extinct Pizzaria Copan.
Chef Raimundo in the middle of a pandemic, decided to roll up his sleeves and do what he does best. He went to the kitchen, created new dishes and put the whole family to work. New home, new investment and new horizons.
The Luxury Concept was invited to evaluate the house, I was having lunch at the World Café Bar and I was perplexed by the charm and beauty of the house. Cozy, funky and very comfortable. The small house came to stay, in the veranda style with a lot of clarity, overlooking the street, it gives us an atmosphere of old São Paulo.
The house is extremely well decorated in its simplicity and good taste. Huge black and white panels pay homage to our São Paulo and welcome us.
In my tasting I started with a good cold beer, accompanied by crunchy toasts that only chef Raimundo knows how to prepare with great effort.
My main course was Filet with Fries. A generous slice of filet mignon with crispy fries. Very good the correctness of the meat, the quality and the flavor accompanied by the potatoes were perfect !.
For dessert, I made sure to try a sweet made at home. Milk Pudding. Simple and very tasty, the pudding with homemade texture, served in a thick slice, with the syrup bathing the candy with a taste of mother's pudding.
Overall, World Café Bar is really here to stay. The central region needs many houses with this profile. Good food, elegant in its simplicity and fair price. I loved it!
