★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui tomar um café pra esperar 8 minutos pelo meu carro pedi um café e depois pedi um crepe de Romeu e Julieta. Achei q iria demorar mais de 8 minutos... tudo bem estava disposta a esperar por 15 minutos. Depois de 15 minutos nada do crepe chegar. Tomei o café frio, esperando o crepe e nada do crepe. Depois de 17 minutos fui até o caixa e pagar o café e cancelar o crepe. Que segundo a mocinha da cozinha nao havia nem começado. Cheguei no local nao havia ninguém pra ser atendida, todos q estavam na mesa já estava bebendo seu café e eu era a única com café esperando o crepe. Resumindo o local muito bem decorado, o café até q estava gostoso, banheiro limpo, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar, caixa mau humorada e havia uma mocinha na cozinha preparando as comidas q deveriam ser servidas quente. O local oferece várias opções de doces e salgados mas precisa ter mais funcionários pra atender os clientes. Fica a dica ?
 I went to have a coffee to wait 8 minutes for my car ordered a coffee and then ordered a crepe of Romeo and Juliet. I thought it would take more than 8 minutes ... all right I was willing to wait for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes nothing of the crepe arrive. I had cold coffee, waiting for the crepe and no crepe. After 17 minutes I went to the cashier and paid for the coffee and canceled the crepe. Which according to the kitchen lady had not even started. I arrived at the place there was no one to be served, everyone who was at the table was already drinking their coffee and I was the only one with coffee waiting for the crepe. Summing up the nicely decorated place, the coffee was good, the bathroom was clean, but the service left something to be desired, a grumpy box and there was a young lady in the kitchen preparing the meals that should be served hot. The place offers many sweet and savory options but needs more staff to serve customers. Here's the tip ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gerentes não olham na cara dos clientes, passam por cima de vc mas não dão nenhum bom dia! Cara fechada como que se fosse nossa culpa eles estarem ali trabalhando. ( Impressão q eu tive) o suco de melancia é horrível, congelada eu acho, mas vem pura água. Tive que pedir pra trocar por outro. Mas a atendente mto simpática e atenciosa. DM já foi melhor!
Managers don't look customers in the face, they go over you but they don't have a good day! Face closed as if it were our fault they were there working. (Impression I had) the watermelon juice is horrible, frozen I think, but it comes pure water. I had to ask to exchange for another one. But the attendant is very friendly and helpful. DM was already better!

Gostei do atendimento, foi a gerente quem me atendeu, e ela é muito simpática.
Kkk gostei da placa onde fica o watts do dono, para mandar mensagem em caso de algum problema...
