★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo. Senhoras de idade de cara fechada e mal educadas, tanto uma morena quanto uma branca. 2 vez que vou nessa cafeteria e me levanto antes de ser atendido devido ao péssimo tratamento.
 Lousy service. Old ladies with closed faces and bad manners, both a brunette and a white woman. 2 time I go to this cafeteria and get up before being served due to the bad treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sugestão : levar até a mesa o pedido. Não é uma cafeteria barata, um serviço melhor cairia bem. Eu fiz um pedido de café e torta e me chamaram até o balcão pra ir buscar . Poderiam ter um serviço mais Premium , congruente com os produtos .
Suggestion: take the order to the table. It is not a cheap cafeteria, a better service would go well. I ordered a coffee and pie and called me to the counter to pick it up. They could have a more Premium service, congruent with the products.

Café expresso saboroso e bem tirado, salgados e tortas muito bons (recomendo o boliviano e a torta de biscoito), atendentes eficientes e localização privilegiada, para quem gosta de observar o movimento nos corredores do Shopping enquanto toma um bom café.
It's my favorite coffee shop at Shopping Barra. Tasty and well taken espresso coffee, very good savory and pies (I recommend the Bolivian and the biscuit pie), efficient attendants and a privileged location, for those who like to watch the movement in the Shopping corridors while having a good coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impressionante como as atendentes são de uma indisposição sem fim, mesmo q n tenha mas nemhum outro cliente , elas são incapazes de levar o pedido pronto até a mesa, elas gritam o cliente para ir buscar , preferem ficar batendo papo com as colegas do q levaram um café.
It is amazing how the attendants are endlessly indisposed, even when there is but no other customer, they are unable to take the ready order to the table, they yell at the customer to get it, they prefer to chat with their colleagues than they took one coffee.

Delicious sweets, cookie (I think) bald.?? the cinnamon cake and “I don't know” some pieces of chocolate are delicious. ????

ESTAVAM CONVERSANDO ASSUNTOS PESSOAIS E AINDA FIZER COMENTÁRIOS INAPROPRIADOS QUANDO VIRAMOS AS COSTAS. DEVEM ESTAR ACOSTUMADAS A TRATAR BEM APENAS BRANCOS. NAO INDICO DE JEITO NENHUM, SE VOCE QUER TER UM BOM ATENDIMENTO.
TERRIBLE SERVICE. POORLY EDUCATED EMPLOYEES WITHOUT INTEREST IN WORKING. THEY ONLY HAD 1 CUSTOMER AND STILL THEY DIDN'T MISS THE 2 NEW WHO ARRIVED. THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT PERSONAL MATTERS AND STILL MAKING INAPPROPRIATE COMMENTS WHEN WE TURNED BACK. THEY SHOULD BE USED TO TREAT ONLY WHITE PEOPLE WELL. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IN ANY WAY, IF YOU WANT TO HAVE A GOOD SERVICE.
