Minha mercadoria está atrasada tem 4 dias, eu paguei muito caro para ter agilidade na entrega e teur um bom atendimento e no final o que eu estou recebendo um serviço que parece que estão me fazendo um favor para mim. A parte mais chata disso tudo é que eu ligo e eu sei que estou sendo chato, porque desde o primeiro dia de atraso da entrega eu estou ligando lá e perguntando onde que está minha mercadoria e hoje fazem 4 dias de atraso e nunca sabem me dizer precisamente. A pior coisa do mundo é você ligar para alguém cobrando alguma coisa, eu realmente fico desconsertado quando tenho que fazer isso. Enfim, queria deixar como observação que revejam seus processos, não terceirize porque essa terceirização com a Sada não deu certo, pelo menos pra me atender foram péssimo e por último façam um Benchmark, vejam o que pode ser corrigido em seus processos. Lembre-se que um cliente satisfeito recomenda para 3 e um cliente insatisfeito fala mal para 7. Já ouviu falar no 70x30? Pois é....
This year 2019 has been my biggest disappointment. My goods are delayed for 4 days, I paid a lot to have fast delivery and good service and in the end what I am receiving is a service that seems to be doing me a favor. The most annoying part of it all is that I call and I know I'm being annoying, because since the first day of late delivery I've been calling there and asking where my merchandise is and today it's been 4 days late and they never know how to tell me precisely. The worst thing in the world is you calling someone for something, I really get upset when I have to do that. Anyway, I wanted to leave as an observation that you review your processes, do not outsource because this outsourcing with Sada did not work, at least for me they were terrible and finally do a Benchmark, see what can be corrected in your processes. Remember that a satisfied customer recommends for 3 and a dissatisfied customer says bad for 7. Ever heard of 70x30? So it is....
